TORONTO, November 20, 2015 – H&W Development Corporation’s vice president of strategy, Amy Wang, says superstitions about unlucky numbers 4 and 13 may lead to buyers’ reluctance. Since many of their buyers are Chinese, number 4 is especially bad luck because the word for 4 in Mandarin and Cantonese is similar to the pronunciation of “death.”
