Formed by Harold Lenfesty, the mediation and arbitration firm’s practice areas include handling shareholder disputes, labour – employment disputes – franchise – dealer agreement disputes, board member – management disputes, senior team disputes, as well as providing ombudsman services.
Lenfesty, over three decades, has gained significant senior business management experience in strategy formulation, strategic thinking and “getting the rubber to the road”, offering C level counsel to help organizations overcome external and internal issues.
Lenfesty spent 23 years as an employee, senior executive, President and shareholder at Deeley/Harley-Davidson, Canada’s exclusive Harley-Davidson importer and distributor. In 1994, he joined the Harley-Davidson Motor Company as a Vice President and Group Managing Director for Europe, the Middle East and Africa based in London, UK.
