Rogue Insight Capital Ltd. has formed a limited partnership with Amplo, a U.S.-based venture capital fund led by Sheel Tyle, the former head of seed investing at New Enterprise Associates (NEA), the largest venture capital firm in the world.

The 26-year-old Tyle’s resume is impressive. A Stanford and Harvard alumnus, he earned a position on Forbes Magazine’s prestigious Top 30 Under 30 ranking of top young entrepreneurs in 2013 and, in 2016, served as a member of President Barack Obama’s delegation to Cuba. As an angel investor, Tyle has invested in a range of successful start-up ventures including financial services firm Robinhood Markets Inc., software developer training start-up Andela, and Canadian e-commerce giant Shopify.
Amplo investors include several Fortune 500 CEOs and a who’s-who of high net-worth investors and institutions from around the world.
