MARKHAM, ON, September 10, 2018 – Reetu Gupta has been appointed new President and CEO of Markham, ON-based The Gupta Group and Easton’s Group of Hotels.

The appointment was announced by Founder and Chairman, Dr. Steve Gupta.

Over 20 years, Reetu Gupta has served both companies in various positions. She was appointed COO in 2015.
After graduating with an MBA from York University’s Schulich School of Business in 2008, she has been instrumental in adding a number of hotels to the Easton’s Group portfolio while also working to diversify the company’s assets into residential real estate starting in 2012.
In 2017, Ms. Gupta and her brother Suraj Gupta launched Rogue Insight Capital Ltd., a Toronto-based angel investment firm where she is Chief Strategy Officer.
During 2018, Ms. Gupta has received four awards including being named one of ‘Canada’s Top 40 Under 40®’ and ‘Entrepreneur of the Year’ by the Indo-Canada Chamber of Commerce.
