On Saturday, March 27, 2010, The Daniels Corporation expects hundreds of prospective buyers, who are already lining up at the company’s 7th FirstHome™ “Destination Drive” community in Erin Mills, to purchase one of the 130 already-built condominium suites and townhomes that offer phenomenal homeownership affordability.
Prices start from $139,900. A flexible downpayment program and live free program makes these homes incredibly easy to carry.
During the preview week that starts March 24th, thousands of prospective buyers are expected to tour each of the model homes, as all homes are fully built, offering 30, 60 and 90 day move-ins.
