Heathwood Homes Offers First Time Buyers Program At Hampshire Mews In Richmond Hill, ON
RICHMOND HILL, ON, January 17/14 – Heathwood Homes has announced a unique First Time Buyers financing program at its new Hampshire Mews community in Richmond Hill, ON.
For qualified first-time home buyers, the program offers these incentives:
• Heathwood Homes will match the Land Transfer rebate of $2,000.
• Purchasers will pay no maintenance fees for two years (a $2,800 value).
• Heathwood Homes will contribute 20% of the maximum RRSP amount purchasers can contribute towards their down payment under the Federal Governments Home Buyers Plan (HBP) – equal to $5000.
• Purchasers can buy with only 5 per cent down payment.
In addition, Heathwood is working with their customers to fully utilize the benefits of the Home Buyers Plan. Depending on their personal tax rates and RRSP eligibility purchasers can receive refunds of $10,000 or more.
