TORONTO – March 22, 2012….. Harley Nakelsky has been promoted to Vice President, Sales And Marketing, Skyline International Development Inc. in Toronto.
He joined Skyline in January 2011 as Director of Sales & Marketing with responsibility for sales and marketing activities for Skyline Destination Communities including Deerhurst Summit Lodges, Deerhurst Golf Cottages and Horseshoe Resort Copeland House.
Said Skyline’s CEO Michael Sneyd, “Nakelsky and our team helped set sales records for cottage country offerings with market leading and innovative database, online marketing, print and sales centre marketing initiatives.
Later this year, Nakelsky will lead the sales and marketing efforts of a new waterfront condominium project at Deerhurst and a release of waterfront lots and town homes in Port McNicoll, ON.
Prior to Skyline, Nakelsky was Vice President and Director of Operations for 10 years with a Toronto-based real estate consulting firm, implementing marketing and sales programs for multi-family projects in Canada, the U.S. and Mexico.  He has extensive experience developing software systems that form the backbone for real estate sales lead generation and database management.
